Discounts for booking multiple horses at the same barn and same date:

Pet Packages for Dogs and Cats
Each package includes media formatted images.
Pets include dogs and cats, but will consider other animals including birds and reptiles.
Recommended locations for dogs are outdoor parks or spots pets are comfortable. Cats are typically in-home sessions.
Basic Pet Portraits
25 individual portraits of your pet in an approximately 30 minute session. This package includes one pet.

Complete Pet Portraits
40 individual portraits of you and your pet(s) and individual portraits of each pet in an hour long session. Includes up to 3 pets. Outfit changes allowed.

Travel included up to 30 miles. Client is responsible for obtaining photography permits for locations + parking fees.
Primary Shooter-Full Day
8 hours of coverage included. Additional hours can be added for a fixed rate. This package is perfect for the couple who wants their entire day documented through photography!
Client is responsible for providing the photographer a meal (vegetarian) for full day coverage.
Basic Engagement Session in Chicago included ($300 value).

Small Wedding, Elopement, or Half-Day
4 hours of coverage included. This package is perfect for a couple looking to have their special moments highlighted without a full day of photography. This would be ideal for smaller weddings seeking portraits and ceremony coverage or a couple eloping!

Second Shooter
Perfect for another photographer looking to hire a second photographer or a couple hoping to hire a second photographer separately for a unique perspective.

Custom Pricing
Product (Commercial)
Pricing starts at $75/hour, plus any materials required if not provided. Two hour minimum. I am partial to collaborating and working with small businesses!
These come with a commercial use contract and are non-watermarked images formatted for media and in high-resolution.
Event
Event portraits pricing starts at $50/hour, plus travel. Prices depend on the needs of the event. Non-watermarked digital media images provided. High-resolution images available afterward for additional cost unless discussed to be included in a custom package for a fee.

FAQ
WHAT IMAGES DO I RECIEVE AFTER MY SESSION?
Clients receive images of the photographer's choice that will be edited in a similar style to previous work. Completed galleries will be returned within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. A large volume of sessions may take longer than the specified time frame.
Images are for non-commercial use only; clients are not permitted to profit off images unless purchased for commercial use at an additional cost giving written permission.
Many packages include a print credit which can be applied to my print store within 60 days after images are returned.
HOW DO I USE MY IMAGES?
Clients are not permitted to edit images in any way for posting online, including but not limited to applying filters, removing watermarks, or unnecessary cropping.
Clients are expected to credit Julia Miller Photography when posting online, such as Facebook, Instagram, and websites.
Unless purchasing a commercial or branding session, clients are not permitted to use images commercially.
Packages with print credits included can be used to get wall art from your session.
Packages which include high resolution images come with a Print Release allowing you to print them yourselves. However, the quality of the prints is not guaranteed since I would not be aware of the quality of your print source.
HOW DO I PAY? DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your session 2 weeks before the date of the session. Refunds on the deposit are only available if I, the photographer, cancels.
**Amount must be paid in FULL due one day before the session. I will not arrive if not paid in full unless payment plans are discussed prior.**
I currently accept Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle for deposits and the full amount. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance. PayPal requires an additional 3% fee.
Travel for equine sessions includes a 30 mile radius from my location in Chicago. Past 30 miles is $1/mile and I am willing to travel 1.5 hours from Chicago; up to 2 hours for multiple clients at the same location and day.
There may be additional costs for specialty sessions. For example, using my Equine Client Closet (equine jewelry), gold leaf foil (or other colored foils), color powder, wreaths (outside of deals), etc.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PRINTS?
Absolutely! Pricing for my prints and wall art is available for under the "Print" tab. I print through a professional printing company, so the results are superior to your local convenience store print station.
Prints, canvases, metal prints, and more are available!
I also sell several prints of previous photographs I have taken.
Can i take photos with a horse if i don't have one myself?
The answer is yes! I have a beautiful bay (brown colored) horse named Wasabi who is available as a model for different cost options.
$150 additional for images standing with him.
$250 additional for images standing with him and some mounted (not riding, but simply mounted). For mounted images, a comfortable weight limit for my horse is around 200 pounds. I apologize if this excludes some people, but he is a living animal and his physical needs must also be prioritized.
For these sessions, they will be in a natural environment at the barn he resides at (South Chicago suburbs) or pay an additional fee for trailering him to another location.
